Get Rooted Retreat

In order to serve others and this planet we call home, we must first take care of ourselves and fill our own cups.  This retreat incorporates the self-care practices of meditation, journaling, and sharing to rejuvenate and inspire in an accessible, authentic manner.  We will then turn our attention outward to honor the earth through ceremony and exploration of the woods, farm land, and ponds of Ipswich’s Jeffreys Neck.  Immersing ourselves in nature and foraging for edible plants will remind us of the intrinsic connection we have with the earth, ourselves, and our fellow humans beings.  Please join us for a day of peace, love, and plants!
